“I arrived to find out the inn was closed for a privare event. Had to find some other place to stay at 11pm. Im still waiting for my refund.”

“We had a mountain view room so were treated to a beautiful moon rise at night. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of towels and pillows. One note - the attached Trailhead restaurant is not open in the summer.”

“The Inn at Mt. Snow was great. The property is recently renovated and really very nice. Common areas are clean, welcomig, well appointed. Inn Keepers/owners were onsite daily and very accommodating and friendly. My king room was great. Very clean, roomy, also had a little outdoor porch which I enjoyed immensely. The bathroom was clean, modern and had extra towels, thats a plus in my book. Continential Breakfast was included and refreshed when ran low, there were complimentary drinks available……

“I have made the mistake of staying at some pretty bad motel's so I am always leery until I open the door. I was very pleasantly surprised with my room at Brittany. Very clean, well lit and everything I needed as a business traveler. The owners were VERY communicative and even made some great suggestions for dinner! (Ye olde Tavern was GREAT) I will DEFINITELY be staying there again when in the area.”

We went downstairs and told the manager that the bathroom sink was not draining and he said he would take care of it and he did we got back from where we had gone for the day it was working. We had our breakfast between eight and 11 is they said it would parking was good. We had a great time nice people to deal with.”

“Weird robot-like hotel with no staff on site when we arrived. Check-in was online, a bit confusing (even for the young people in our party), and cameras in common areas monitoring everyone felt dystopian. Rooms were tiny, but well-appointed. Strange stay.”

We could not use the fireplace in our suite, because it was summer! The place was filthy! It’s really too bad. This place has the “bones” to be great, but it is in overall disrepair. Nothing presented online here on Expedia for this place is true! It’s very deceiving! I’d remove it from places to……

“The view of mountains id stunning, as is the aroma of fresh air and the enchanting songbirds. We had a great time in the small but adequate swimming pool. It is easy to miss the turn onto Laurence Lane, so it would be good if a sign were to be installed there.”

“the toilet in the bathroom was not working - had to use the lobby bathroom first night.' They moved us the second night as they could not repair the toilet. Hotel waived the daily resort fee of ($40). Should seek a greater refund for the inconvenience cause the entire first night,”
